WHAT - Interval and task-based running sessions. 

WHERE - Tuesday begin Southern Latitude and go from there. Saturday meet on location around AKL (Water front, One Tree Hill...)

WHO - Literally anyone. Walk, run or sprint. 1 lap or 10. We cater to you! The perfect start to event season and the best addition to any training regime. 

WHY - Group training with like-minded people designed to give you confidence in running, improve your cardiovascular fitness and get ready for summer!
