3 T&G power cleans @90/65kg + 6 Deadlifts ME Burpee bar touch 1min off
repeat for 6 sets
Bar muscle up practice + deficit kipping HSPU : 5 sets 5-10rep connections
Scale: use bands + floor 1-2min rest between attempts
