Teens Term 4 Program
Oct 12th - 10 weeks
Whether they are training for school sport, wanting to start fitness training or interested in learning new skills in a safe environment, our program is for you!
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING is about full body movements. Running, jumping, squatting, pushing and all thing they will experience in real life. We start with warm-up games, learn skills and finish with a conditioning workout where we put them into practise.
ALL LEVELS WELCOME. We make adjustments to suit the athlete. No one left behind and no one stretched beyond their ability.
