OnRamp - Intro to SoLat Functional


It's time for 2020's first OnRamp! This is the best start to your SoLat Functional journey and many of our current members have been through this program. 

OnRamp takes you from the basics of how we train at SoLat, through the different workout types and styles and into the finer points of the exercises used every week in our Functional and Enduro classes. 

This course is for the early birds. 6am Mon, Wed and Fri.
