Conditioning:
For time: 10 HPC cleans 90/65kg + 20 ring muscle ups Scale kipping dips + 30 front squats 12min cut off
Big Kahuna:
Sumo deadlifts 5x3 climbing + 20RM traditional deadlifts at 60% of 1RM
