Conditioning:

Teams of 4-5 w.o.d 15min amrap - 300/250m row + 10 burpee box jump + 40m farmers carry + 2 rope climbs + 20 Russian twists *start on different stations

Big Kahuna: 10min cut off- 50 strict HSPU *everytime u rest perform 10 swings @ 32/24k scale hybrid option
