What is Onramp?
Southern Latitude OnRamp is the best way to start your Functional Fitness journey.
MON, WED, FRI starting August 17th and going for 3 weeks we have you intro to functional sorted.
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING is about full body movements. Running, jumping, squatting, pushing and all thing they will experience in real life. We start with warm-up games, learn skills and finish with a conditioning workout where we put them into practise.
ALL LEVELS WELCOME. We make adjustments to suit the athlete. No one left behind and no one stretched beyond their ability.
